Responsibilities
- Inspection Planning: Define, create, and release inspection specifications for quality assurance
- Develop and continuously optimize control plans
- Conduct failure analysis using methods such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Practical Problem Solving (9S, SPC)
- Systematically optimize the inspection strategy and ensure its compliance
- Drive process optimization for internal and cross-departmental workflows
- Create process descriptions and implement Airbus standards
- Lead and coordinate multifunctional teams (MFTs)
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a technical field, at least at technician/specialist level
- Several years of professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, and Quality Assurance
- In-depth knowledge of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
- Proficient use of SAP and MS Excel; knowledge of Google Workspace
- German at native level; business fluent English (at least C1)
- Ability to read technical drawings; practical experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control) is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, teamwork, and communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
