For our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, we are looking for a Quality Manager Systems & Audits at the Ulm location. You will take on the maintenance and further development of the quality management system, support internal and external audits, and develop training concepts to promote quality awareness.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 73,555 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.11.2026. Responsibilities
- Quality Management System: operate, maintain, and further develop
- Quality Methods: apply and optimize methods such as FMEA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis
- Audits: plan, support, and conduct internal and external audits
- QM Documentation: create and update quality documentation and process descriptions
- Training Concepts: develop concepts to promote quality awareness and compliant process application
- Continuous Improvement Processes (KVP / Q-Improvement): actively contribute
- Quality Key Figures (KPIs): evaluate, monitor, and report
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in applying quality standards (ISO9001, EN9100, AQAP 2110/2210/2310)
- Secure handling of common quality methods and problem-solving tools
- Experience with QM and CAQ systems desirable; detailed specialist knowledge in MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
- Auditor training according to ISO19011 desirable
- High teamwork skills, strong communication skills, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
