At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, you will take on a central role in operational HR work as an HR Manager / Advisor. You will support managers and employees, maintain HR systems, and contribute to the continuous development of HR processes.

Responsibilities
- Administrative implementation of HR measures such as contractual changes
- Data maintenance in HR systems and processing of information
- Analysis and reporting on HR-related topics
- Process support in executing HR policies and defined procedures
- HR campaigns: Support HR Business Partners in executing the annual HR cycle
- Internal collaboration with other HR areas such as payroll and experts
- Process optimization and contribution to the digitalization of internal HR workflows
- Point of contact for managers and employees on HR matters
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or training as a personnel clerk or comparable qualification with a focus on personnel management
- Several years of professional experience in HR administration and operational HR work
- Comprehensive administrative skills in an HR environment
- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP; experience with Workday or other HR systems is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Structured way of working, very good communication skills and team skills
- Integrity, high sense of responsibility and openness to change processes
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
