Responsibilities


  • Supply chain coordination as the central point of contact for smooth material flow
  • Performance monitoring of the supply chain to ensure full transparency on a daily basis
  • Conflict resolution for problems in goods receipt, internal transport, and shipping
  • Reverse logistics actively coordinate and implement
  • Inventory management in close alignment with suppliers and internal customers
  • Collaboration with external suppliers and internal cross-functional departments
  • Preventive measures jointly implement to ensure a reliable supply chain
  • Delay analysis and independent prioritization of urgent tasks


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling/material procurement, purchasing, customer service, project management, and supply chain / logistics
  • In-depth application knowledge of SAP/R3
  • Proficient German skills; business fluent English (at least C1); French or Spanish advantageous
  • Analytical thinking skills to identify complex relationships
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
