Responsibilities
- Supply chain coordination as the central point of contact for smooth material flow
- Performance monitoring of the supply chain to ensure full transparency on a daily basis
- Conflict resolution for problems in goods receipt, internal transport, and shipping
- Reverse logistics actively coordinate and implement
- Inventory management in close alignment with suppliers and internal customers
- Collaboration with external suppliers and internal cross-functional departments
- Preventive measures jointly implement to ensure a reliable supply chain
- Delay analysis and independent prioritization of urgent tasks
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling/material procurement, purchasing, customer service, project management, and supply chain / logistics
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP/R3
- Proficient German skills; business fluent English (at least C1); French or Spanish advantageous
- Analytical thinking skills to identify complex relationships
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
