Responsibilities


  • Procurement and scheduling of quality-compliant parts, equipment, systems, and materials
  • Supplier Management: Monitoring of quantities, deadlines, and prices as well as communication with suppliers and internal customers
  • Disruption Management: Checking and resolving delivery and performance disruptions, including recovery activities
  • Data Management for product introductions (new part process) and modifications
  • Risk Management: Identification and classification of risks as well as initiation of first corrective measures
  • Performance Analysis: Control and analysis of supplier performance using KPIs and missing part status
  • Process Optimization: Participation in logistics projects to improve part availability at the assembly site
  • Inventory Control: Analysis and monitoring of inventory coverage and initiation of optimization measures


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling, material procurement, and supplier management
  • Several years of experience in supply chain management or logistics
  • Solid application knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Analytical thinking, structured approach to work, and strong communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
