Tasks

  • Inspection and receipt of high-quality aircraft spare parts in inbound logistics
  • Packaging and processing of spare parts shipments including hazardous goods in IT systems
  • Storing and picking of materials in the warehouse, including inventory management
  • Internal transport and distribution of materials to aircraft hangars and workshops
  • Support with tool issuing and production logistics in hangars or logistics centers
  • Assistance with material logistics in the areas of wheels, brakes and aircraft electronics

Qualifications

  • Completed training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, Warehouse Clerk, Shipping Packer or a comparable qualification in a logistics or technical field
  • Several years of professional experience in a logistics-related environment, ideally within the aviation industry
  • Forklift license required; ideally also airport apron driver’s license and experience with industrial trucks (e.g. high-bay lift, order picker)
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation
  • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights up to 5 meters
  • Willingness to undergo a background security check (ZUP)
  • Very good German language skills (at least B2) and basic English proficiency (at least A2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visas are not accepted under any circumstances)
