Responsibilities
- Warehouse Management: Store and issue aircraft spare parts and maintain stock levels in the corresponding systems
- Inventory: Conduct physical stocktaking (inventories) independently
- Picking: Sort aircraft spare parts by part numbers and prepare them for further processing
- Kitting: Check, assemble, pack, and provide spare parts according to kit requirements
- Documentation: Process missing parts lists and properly document all required data entries
- Shift Work: Flexible work in early, late, and night shifts
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist or an equivalent completed vocational training
- Initial experience in warehouse logistics, ideally in the aviation industry
- Confident handling of common warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Basic skills in English (at least A1)
- Fitness for shift work and willingness to work in a 3-shift model
- Numerical understanding, teamwork skills, and an independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
