Responsibilities

  • Receiving and issuing aircraft spare parts, including handover and distribution processes
  • Maintaining and managing inventory in the relevant systems
  • Conducting inventory counts and assisting with inventory adjustments
  • Sorting spare parts by part numbers and defined warehouse logic
  • Inspecting parts against kit requirements, assembling them, and packaging them for distribution
  • Processing missing parts lists, including data entry and proper documentation


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or completed vocational training with equivalent skills and knowledge
  • Ideally, work experience in logistics
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Good German language skills (at least B2) and beginner-level English skills (at least A1)
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is absolutely required
