At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you coordinate as a Supply Chain Manager the just-in-time supply of parts for the final assembly lines of the A320 family. You work in an international supply management department and control the procurement of components, equipment, and systems for Airbus plants worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Supplier management: Review and resolution of delivery disruptions and recovery activities
- Data management: Review of demand data for completeness and correctness and clarification of discrepancies
- Procurement: Demand planning, scheduling, and procurement of quality-compliant components, equipment, and systems
- Delivery monitoring: Control of quantity, schedule, and price as well as communication with suppliers and internal customers
- Risk management: Identification and classification of risks and initiation of corrective measures
- Performance analysis: Control and analysis of supplier delivery performance using key figures
- Inventory optimization: Analysis and monitoring of agreed inventory coverage and initiation of optimization measures
- Project support: Support of transnational projects
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in scheduling / material procurement, purchasing, and supplier management
- Experience in operational and strategic procurement as well as Supply Chain / Logistics
- Proficient use of SAP (advanced application knowledge); knowledge of Google Workspace advantageous
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1); French advantageous
- Travel willingness (approx. once per quarter within Europe)
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style as well as strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
