For our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager, Quality Management at the Ulm location. In this key position, you ensure the quality capability of suppliers and work closely with procurement, logistics, and production – where quality and reliability are decisive.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 73,555 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.07.2027. Responsibilities


  • Supplier management for populated and unpopulated printed circuit boards
  • Supplier evaluation and approval, including decisions in borderline and special cases
  • Quality monitoring through analysis of quality data and risk assessment
  • Action planning with suppliers: coordinate, implement, and track improvement measures
  • Audit planning and execution of quality discussions and process audits at suppliers
  • Compliance monitoring with legal regulations and quality standards
  • Process improvement by contributing to projects for optimizing SQM processes and tools
  • Procurement support throughout the entire sourcing process


Qualifications

  • Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Communications Engineering or Production Engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management or supplier quality management, preferably in the aerospace and defence industry
  • Experience in applying common QM methods and processes (e.g., APQP, FMEA, 8D or 5-Why)
  • Proficient use of MS Office and SAP; knowledge of the SAP QM module is desirable
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to travel on business
  • Independent working style, teamwork, assertiveness and high sense of responsibility
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
