At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as a Supply Chain Manager, Logistics & Materials Planning to manage material flows for the Single Aisle aircraft sections. You will be part of the Outstanding Work Fuselage Team and coordinate logistics between the Hamburg and Montoir de Bretagne plants – where precision and schedule adherence are critical.

Responsibilities
- Missing parts management and escalation of outstanding work during handover from the plant to the Final Assembly Line (FAL)
- Production orders in SAP, including adjustment of demand quantities and item orders
- Shipping logistics, including relocations, scrapping, and organization of special transports
- Material availability checks and assurance in the SAP system
- Supply chain coordination with national and international supply officer teams
- Warehouse management from goods receipt to issue, as well as identification of improvement potential
- Quality control through documentation and processing of non-conformity reports in SAP
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk, or forwarding agent
- Several years of professional experience in scheduling/material procurement, warehouse logistics, and supply chain/logistics
- Initial experience in the aerospace industry and in process improvement
- Proficient use of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2); French is an advantage
- Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
