At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as a Supply Chain Manager / Supply Officer professional, steering material supply and supply chains for aircraft assembly. You ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time – and resolve bottlenecks before they cause delays. Responsibilities


  • New Product Introduction (NPI): Contribute to the introduction of new products and ensure material supply
  • Order Processing: Review, manage, and document order processes in the ERP system
  • Supply Chain Control: Monitor daily supply chain performance and resolve conflicts proactively
  • Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers, conduct evaluations, and analyze risks
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and implement measures for capacity control
  • Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve logistics and return processes
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments and external partners


Qualifications

  • Completed apprenticeship as an industrial clerk or forwarding agent with many years of professional experience OR completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, or Supply Chain Quality
  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling / material procurement, purchasing, supplier management, or supply chain; experience in the aerospace industry is an advantage
  • In-depth application knowledge of SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of change management, project management, and process management
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Willingness for occasional business trips (less than 5 days per year)
  • Teamwork skills, strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
