For our client, Airbus Operations GmbH, we are looking for a committed Supply Officer / Supplier Manager at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. In this role, you will take over the central coordination of the supply chain in the cabin area and ensure smooth operations between suppliers, internal interfaces, and day-to-day business. Tasks
- Central coordination of all processes along the supply chain in the cabin area
- Daily monitoring of key performance indicators to ensure maximum transparency
- Solution-oriented handling of issues related to goods receipt, internal transport, and shipping
- Independent execution of reverse logistics processes
- Inventory management in close cooperation with suppliers and internal departments
- Collaboration with internal interfaces and external suppliers
- Analysis of delivery delays and independent prioritization of urgent tasks
- Implementation of operational measures to improve processes and manage bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in engineering, business administration or supply chain / logistics
- Extensive professional experience in material planning, procurement, customer service and project management
- In-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 and confident use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent English skills (at least C1) and basic German skills (at least A2); French or Spanish is an advantage
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
