Responsibilities
- Repair painting following production deviations and complaints
- Aircraft preparation including cleaning, covering, masking, and sanding
- Paint application manually, including documentation and operation of the system
- Coating preparation with tool and material preparation as well as surface activation
- Painting work on surfaces using paints, adhesives, preservation wax, or sealants
- Error correction of work errors and customer complaints
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a vehicle painter or painter/varnisher
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production
- Several years of practical experience as a painter
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Good German language skills (at least proficient); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system including possible weekend and overtime work
- Structured, reliable, and independent way of working as well as strong teamwork skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
