At HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH in Ulm, you will support our electronics production team as a Aviation Painting & Bonding Technician. Your main focus is on preparing electronic assemblies for the coating process – through precise masking, securing, and post-processing. Tasks

  • Application of masking materials to electronic assemblies to protect sensitive components
  • Securing electronic parts on assemblies to ensure safe further processing
  • Precise removal of masking materials after the painting process
  • Quality inspection of processed assemblies after treatment
  • Compliance with work instructions and safety regulations when handling hazardous substances
  • Collaboration with adjacent departments in production and testing

Qualifications

  • Completed technical vocational training required
  • Several years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an advantage
  • Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Knowledge of electronic components and assemblies is desirable
  • Excellent fine motor skills required
  • Confident handling of MS Office (detailed knowledge)
  • German language skills at business fluent level (at least C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is absolutely required
