Tasks
- Manufacturing and processing of individual parts and assemblies made of CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastics) and GFRP (glass fiber reinforced plastics) composite materials
- Laminating, aligning, grinding, and assembling fiber composite components
- Preparing components for the autoclave process and integrating them into existing structures
- Using various tools and fixtures for processing components with complex geometries
- Performing quality inspections and preparing workpieces directly at the workstation
- Conducting regular maintenance on production equipment
- Recording working hours and labor input in SAP
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, as a mechanic specializing in CFRP/GFRP composite materials, or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience working with fiber-reinforced composites is a plus
- Detailed knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) and basic English skills (at least A2)
- A high level of reliability, teamwork, and sense of responsibility
- Strong resilience, organizational talent, as well as coordination and integration skills
- A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union is mandatory (no student visa)
