Tasks
- Advising managers on all labour law, organizational and strategic HR matters
- Supporting staffing processes and conducting co-determination procedures
- Designing compensation and employee development plans for the assigned area
- Analysing and resolving individual labour law cases and advising on complex HR issues
- Communicating and negotiating with works councils and co-determination bodies
- Supporting change management during organisational transformation processes
- Drafting contracts, company agreements and internal HR policies
- Contributing to strategic workforce planning and HR projects
Qualifications
- (Technical) university degree in economics, business law, psychology, or fully qualified lawyer, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in human resources, particularly in HR consulting
- In-depth knowledge of collective agreements and company agreements
- Sound knowledge of labour law and works constitution law, as well as basic understanding of psychology, human resource management, business administration and statistics
- Experience with SAP HR and excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Good English skills (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
