Tasks

  • Contract management and negotiation for rentings (tenants and landlords)
  • Preparation of draft renting agreements based on internal contract templates
  • Maintenance and administration of contract, space and GIS databases
  • Independent management of current contracts, including maintenance, renovations and extensions
  • Planning and control of real estate projects, including budget responsibility and risk management
  • Internal and external stakeholder coordination, including reporting and decision-making templates
  • Processing of utility bills, maintenance and dunning
  • Participation in annual financial statements, management reports and cash flow planning

Qualifications

  • Completed master's/diploma degree in civil engineering, business administration or comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in finance and project management
  • Experience in real estate business
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, including presentation tools desirable
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel to Airbus locations in southern Germany
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
