Tasks
- Contract management and negotiation for rentings (tenants and landlords)
- Preparation of draft renting agreements based on internal contract templates
- Maintenance and administration of contract, space and GIS databases
- Independent management of current contracts, including maintenance, renovations and extensions
- Planning and control of real estate projects, including budget responsibility and risk management
- Internal and external stakeholder coordination, including reporting and decision-making templates
- Processing of utility bills, maintenance and dunning
- Participation in annual financial statements, management reports and cash flow planning
Qualifications
- Completed master's/diploma degree in civil engineering, business administration or comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in finance and project management
- Experience in real estate business
- Knowledge of Google Suite, including presentation tools desirable
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel to Airbus locations in southern Germany
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
