Tasks
- Conducting quality checks and root cause analyses for production-related complaints
- Defining and monitoring corrective measures in cooperation with the responsible departments
- Supporting production with short-term solutions for quality defects and FOD prevention
- Operational surveillance and ensuring compliance with defined quality standards
- Coaching and guidance in practical problem solving in the manufacturing environment
- Performing final checks and special inspections
- Compliance with regulations in the areas of airworthiness, occupational safety, and the environment
Qualifications
- Completed training as an aircraft mechanic specializing in production engineering, aircraft construction or comparable technical training with additional master craftsman qualification
- Several years of professional experience in aerospace, quality management, quality assurance and structural assembly
- Initial experience with SAP, knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work shifts
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
