Tasks

  • Conducting quality checks and root cause analyses for production-related complaints
  • Defining and monitoring corrective measures in cooperation with the responsible departments
  • Supporting production with short-term solutions for quality defects and FOD prevention
  • Operational surveillance and ensuring compliance with defined quality standards
  • Coaching and guidance in practical problem solving in the manufacturing environment
  • Performing final checks and special inspections
  • Compliance with regulations in the areas of airworthiness, occupational safety, and the environment

Qualifications

  • Completed training as an aircraft mechanic specializing in production engineering, aircraft construction or comparable technical training with additional master craftsman qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in aerospace, quality management, quality assurance and structural assembly
  • Initial experience with SAP, knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
