Tasks
- Bonding of sandwich and metal parts following technical specifications
- Setting up and supervising vacuum processes for autoclave operations
- Disassembly and visual inspection of cured composite parts
- Preparing bonding assemblies and grinding components to size
- Operating cranes and lifting equipment during component handling
- Documenting work performed and reporting any defects
- Operating and setting up NC-controlled machines
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic, aircraft mechanic, coating process technician, or a comparable metalworking profession
- Extensive professional experience in a relevant production environment
- Confident handling of hand-guided tools and the ability to read technical drawings
- Proficient German skills (min. C1), basic English skills (min. A2)
- Willingness to work in 3-shift operation
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
