Tasks

  • Bonding of sandwich and metal parts following technical specifications
  • Setting up and supervising vacuum processes for autoclave operations
  • Disassembly and visual inspection of cured composite parts
  • Preparing bonding assemblies and grinding components to size
  • Operating cranes and lifting equipment during component handling
  • Documenting work performed and reporting any defects
  • Operating and setting up NC-controlled machines

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic, aircraft mechanic, coating process technician, or a comparable metalworking profession
  • Extensive professional experience in a relevant production environment
  • Confident handling of hand-guided tools and the ability to read technical drawings
  • Proficient German skills (min. C1), basic English skills (min. A2)
  • Willingness to work in 3-shift operation
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
