Tasks
- Identifying sources of supply, prices, and delivery times for materials and services
- Ordering and maintaining material requirements in close coordination with project management
- Monitoring delivery dates and compliance with project-specific specifications
- Processing and escalating deviations in the ordering and delivery process
- Clarifying invoice discrepancies in cooperation with project management
- Monitoring project material stocks and initiating measures in the event of discrepancies
- Participating in project-related meetings and status rounds
- Creating order, inventory, and consumption overviews
Qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical training or degree
- Experience in operational purchasing, ideally related to aviation or logistics
- Experience working with AMOS desirable
- Good knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
- Good German and English skills (at least B2)
- Willingness to work flexible hours or early shifts
- Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
