For our client Lufthansa Technik AG at Frankfurt Airport, we are looking for a Procurement & Supplier Management Clerk with experience in purchasing and project management. In an exciting aviation project, you will ensure that all materials are in the right place at the right time – and keep a cool head even when things don't go to plan. Tasks

  • Identifying sources of supply, prices, and delivery times for materials and services
  • Ordering and maintaining material requirements in close coordination with project management
  • Monitoring delivery dates and compliance with project-specific specifications
  • Processing and escalating deviations in the ordering and delivery process
  • Clarifying invoice discrepancies in cooperation with project management
  • Monitoring project material stocks and initiating measures in the event of discrepancies
  • Participating in project-related meetings and status rounds
  • Creating order, inventory, and consumption overviews

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical training or degree
  • Experience in operational purchasing, ideally related to aviation or logistics
  • Experience working with AMOS desirable
  • Good knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
  • Good German and English skills (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or early shifts
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
