For our client Lufthansa Technik AG in Hamburg, we are looking for a Project Manager Escalation & Contract Management to support material management activities for the Engines segment. In this role, you will help ensure critical material availability and avoid production downtimes – in a structured, solution-oriented manner and in close coordination with OEMs and internal departments. Tasks
- Support in critical material escalations to prevent downtime in engine assembly
- Coordination with stakeholders on criticality assessments, demand dates and internal escalations
- Preparation, facilitation and follow-up of management-level escalations
- Compilation of reports and performance analyses
- Involvement in the design of a new escalation tool (including requirements engineering and test management)
- Assistance with PMO tasks, process design and workshop moderation
Qualifications
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in project management, stakeholder or escalation management
- Knowledge in process design/modelling (e.g. BPM 2.0), requirements engineering and test management
- Experience in workshop facilitation and conflict management
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
- Willingness to work in a flexible working hours model
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
