Tasks

  • Coordination and implementation of supply chain control in Facility Management in collaboration with General Procurement
  • Monitoring and harmonization of supply chain performance as well as execution and alignment of contract reviews
  • Introduction and further development of the FMRE supply chain strategy, including support for the contractual roadmap
  • Consolidation and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and support for the FMRE service lines in drafting technical specifications and KPIs
  • Participation in digital development projects related to supply chain management
  • Quality assessment in the context of procurement processes (Call for Tender)
  • Development of guidelines and delivery of training and awareness sessions within the supply chain domain

Qualifications

  • Completed Master’s or Diploma degree in Business Administration or Logistics / Supply Chain Management
  • Extensive professional experience in the fields of procurement, supply chain/logistics, and stakeholder management
  • Basic knowledge of change management and project management
  • Confident user of Google Workspace
  • Fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
  • Resume in English is required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
