Tasks
- Coordination and implementation of supply chain control in Facility Management in collaboration with General Procurement
- Monitoring and harmonization of supply chain performance as well as execution and alignment of contract reviews
- Introduction and further development of the FMRE supply chain strategy, including support for the contractual roadmap
- Consolidation and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and support for the FMRE service lines in drafting technical specifications and KPIs
- Participation in digital development projects related to supply chain management
- Quality assessment in the context of procurement processes (Call for Tender)
- Development of guidelines and delivery of training and awareness sessions within the supply chain domain
Qualifications
- Completed Master’s or Diploma degree in Business Administration or Logistics / Supply Chain Management
- Extensive professional experience in the fields of procurement, supply chain/logistics, and stakeholder management
- Basic knowledge of change management and project management
- Confident user of Google Workspace
- Fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
- Resume in English is required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
