The world of work is currently undergoing a process of fundamental change. A new generation of highly qualified, highly motivated “digital natives” is streaming out of universities and entering the labour market, bringing with it a completely different set of perspectives as to what work means. Employers are therefore encouraged to consider adopting new strategies in the competition to attract these highly qualified employees, and this development is likely in turn to change the demands placed on future employees.
