Up to 500 km of wires are laid in modern aircraft. ARTS, with its highly qualified and aviation-licensed teams, provides you with support in the production, maintenance and re-equipping of aircraft in the field of electrical installations and avionics. Many of our employees are EASA certified and are authorised to certify aeronautical equipment with their CAT A and/or CAT B licences.

ARTS is able to check the functionality of components using various diagnostic systems and test software in order to replace defective components in the event of a malfunction. In addition, our aircraft electronics technicians install and configure new electrical assemblies. These include various sensor systems, hydraulic and pneumatic control elements, but also radar and autopilot systems. We lay power, data and signal wires or replace and wire complete wire harnesses. Additionally, we manufacture and repair wiring harnesses in accordance with customer requirements in our own wire shop. With our mobile teams and flexible working methods, we can offer all these avionics services at your site or at one of our service locations in the form of industrial outsourcing.
