Tasks
- Provide technical advice on aviation certification and regulatory requirements (e.g. EASA Part 21, CS-25, RTCA DO-160)
- Classify design changes and repairs in accordance with EASA Part 21A.91
- Prepare, coordinate, and review compliance documentation to ensure both authority and customer requirements are met
- Plan and support qualification and certification tests, including result analysis and reporting
- Monitor adherence to customer-specific certification procedures
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align certification activities
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering, aerospace engineering, or mechanical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in engineering, ideally in aerospace
- Extensive experience in component verification and qualification
- Knowledge of project management as well as cabin-specific construction regulations and aviation law
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and Catia V5
- German language skills (at least C1), English language skills (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- Resume in English required
