At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will develop innovative mechanical installations for outboard equipment as an Aerospace Mechanical Design Engineer. With your technical understanding and expertise in CATIA and VPM, you bring concepts into series production – from 3D design to the creation of certification documentation.

Responsibilities
- Concept development for mechanical installations of outboard equipment
- 3D construction and design of components in CATIA
- Create, modify and manage construction documents
- Data management of design data in SAP, Windchill and VPM
- Create certification documentation such as system descriptions, FMECA and test programs
- Define and document maintenance measures
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable subject (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of experience in the development of mechanical components, ideally with CATIA V5 and ENOVIA VPM
- Experience with development processes in aviation and corresponding software tools such as SAP and Windchill
- Proficient handling of CATIA V5, ENOVIA VPM, SAP and Windchill
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Alternatively to a degree: three-year completed vocational training with further training as a technician and corresponding professional experience
- Independent working style, solution-oriented thinking and passion for continuous improvement
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
