Responsibilities


  • Plant operation of laser cutting or chemical milling equipment
  • Process monitoring and control of production flow, including process-related adjustments
  • Documentation of component orders, optimization potential, and process parameters
  • Malfunction management: Analysis of error causes, assessment of malfunction reports, and rectification of issues or notification of maintenance
  • Preparation and follow-up work such as setting up and aligning components, tool assembly, and dismantling
  • System maintenance and documentation in IT systems
  • Onboarding of new employees into plant processes


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder, industrial mechanic, or in a metalworking trade
  • Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
  • Experience in handling laser cutting or chemical milling equipment is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Proficient German language skills; basic English skills
  • Willingness to work in 3-shift operation
  • Strong teamwork skills, high willingness to learn, and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
