Responsibilities
- Plant operation of laser cutting or chemical milling equipment
- Process monitoring and control of production flow, including process-related adjustments
- Documentation of component orders, optimization potential, and process parameters
- Malfunction management: Analysis of error causes, assessment of malfunction reports, and rectification of issues or notification of maintenance
- Preparation and follow-up work such as setting up and aligning components, tool assembly, and dismantling
- System maintenance and documentation in IT systems
- Onboarding of new employees into plant processes
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder, industrial mechanic, or in a metalworking trade
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Experience in handling laser cutting or chemical milling equipment is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace
- Proficient German language skills; basic English skills
- Willingness to work in 3-shift operation
- Strong teamwork skills, high willingness to learn, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
