For our client, Airbus Operations GmbH, we are looking for an Aircraft Manager FOT & FAL at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. Tasks
- Responsibility for the MSN (Manufacturing Serial Number) within the Final Assembly Line
- Planning and control of outstanding work (Outstanding Work)
- Execution and moderation of FOT meetings (Final Operational Testing) for handover to the flightline
- Coordination and leadership of multifunctional teams (MFT)
- Interface to management and escalation management in case of process disruptions
- Technical assessment and analysis of complex manufacturing processes
- Ensuring a smooth transition to the next production phase
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft electronics technician or aircraft mechanic, each with a master craftsman’s qualification, or alternatively a completed university degree in engineering or aerospace technology
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production as well as in aircraft construction
- Good knowledge of project management
- Advanced user skills in SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visas are not accepted) is mandatory
