For our client, Airbus Operations GmbH, we are looking for an Aircraft Manager FOT & FAL at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. Tasks

  • Responsibility for the MSN (Manufacturing Serial Number) within the Final Assembly Line
  • Planning and control of outstanding work (Outstanding Work)
  • Execution and moderation of FOT meetings (Final Operational Testing) for handover to the flightline
  • Coordination and leadership of multifunctional teams (MFT)
  • Interface to management and escalation management in case of process disruptions
  • Technical assessment and analysis of complex manufacturing processes
  • Ensuring a smooth transition to the next production phase

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft electronics technician or aircraft mechanic, each with a master craftsman’s qualification, or alternatively a completed university degree in engineering or aerospace technology
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production as well as in aircraft construction
  • Good knowledge of project management
  • Advanced user skills in SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visas are not accepted) is mandatory
