Responsibilities
- Structural Assembly: Manufacturing and assembly of riveted joints and assemblies on aircraft structural components according to construction documents and drawings
- Component Manufacturing: Fabrication of components in accordance with applicable aviation standards
- Work Preparation: Reviewing and sorting orders and drawings as well as checking and providing manufacturing resources
- Positioning: Precise positioning and fixing of components for assembly
- Assembly Documentation: Performing and documenting the assembly of components and assemblies
- Surface Protection: Application of rivet head protection and preservation of seal seams
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, or Carpenter
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production
- Several years of practical experience in structural assembly
- Basic skills in English
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system as well as weekend and overtime work
- Quality-oriented and responsible work ethic as well as teamwork skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
