Responsibilities


  • Structural and kinematics work on helicopter doors and assemblies
  • Riveting of aluminum structures according to valid production procedures
  • Assembly of components: Manufacturing and assembly of assemblies and sub-assemblies from metal materials
  • Electrical integration of components and their electrical testing according to specifications
  • Quality assurance through self-inspection of assemblies and sub-assemblies
  • Assembly of individual parts and sub-assemblies using manual tools or machines
  • Documentation of build and installation processes in accordance with Airbus production regulations
  • Final inspection of completed sub-assemblies and doors based on drawings


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, Mechanic, or Mechatronics Technician
  • Many years of professional experience in manufacturing and production, ideally in aircraft or helicopter construction
  • Several years of practical experience in mechanics, particularly in aviation
  • Confident handling of manual tools and machines for assembly
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work, teamwork skills, and a conscientious, structured way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
