Tasks

  • Performing visual inspections of engine pipelines to detect damage, wear, corrosion or cracks
  • Carrying out minor manual repairs such as drilling, riveting, polishing, grinding and brushing
  • Adhering to and applying manufacturer specifications and internal guidelines in technical documentation
  • Handling approve Data, standards and the LHT IT systems with care and accuracy
  • Preparing work orders in accordance with company-specific requirements

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a mechanic, mechatronics technician, metalworker or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the repair and/or manufacturing of small components made of steel or light metal
  • Confident in reading technical drawings and following written work instructions
  • Good German language skills (at least B2) and basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Responsible and independent working style
  • Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift system)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
