Tasks
- Installation of structural fittings on the MCA H175
- Assembly of flight controls and tanks in accordance with all specifications
- Performing self-checks and general testing
- Use of manual tools and testing equipment for component assembly
- Installation of ESN cables, including subsequent measurement work
- Bonding measurements and gluing of cable holders
- Working in accordance with construction documents and regulations in line with aviation standards
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, or mechanic
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Basic understanding of mechanical work such as assembly of simple components, installation of hydraulic lines, and flight controls
- Confident handling of technical drawings
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- Willingness to work in the second shift
- Willingness to travel for assembly work
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
