Responsibilities
- Aircraft Technology: Perform technical work such as modifications, inspections, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with regulations
- Fault Diagnosis: Analyze technical faults in systems, components, and assemblies and rectify them professionally
- Installation & Testing: Assemble, disassemble, and test aircraft parts and assemblies according to specified standards
- Process Execution: Systematically complete, document, and report deviations for remaining tasks within the Modular Factory
- Schedule & Quality Assurance: Ensure the timely and airworthy completion of aircraft
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all relevant safety, quality, and occupational health regulations
- Documentation: Fully document all work performed in accordance with internal and airworthiness requirements
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Cooperate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other specialist departments to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as Aircraft Mechanic, Aircraft Builder, Industrial Mechanic, Automotive Mechanic, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Mechanic, or Mechatronics Technician
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, ideally in aircraft construction or mechatronics
- Initial application knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work shifts in 2- and 3-shift operation
- Teamwork skills, independent working style, and high concentration ability
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
