Responsibilities


  • Rivet connections and assemblies on aircraft structures according to drawings and instructions
  • Component manufacturing in compliance with applicable aviation standards and quality requirements
  • Work preparation such as checking orders, drawings, and manufacturing equipment independently
  • Component positioning and fixing to ensure precise assembly
  • Assembly processes for components and assemblies, including documentation
  • Surface protection through application of rivet heads and sealing of seal seams


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, or in a metalworking trade
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production, ideally in industrial mechanics
  • Initial experience in structural mechanics (metal) at Airbus is an advantage
  • Good German language skills (at least proficient)
  • Basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system
  • Quality-oriented and responsible work ethic as well as teamwork skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
