Tasks
- Prepare surfaces by reviewing technical documentation, cleaning, activating and masking components
- Provide tools and materials required for coating processes
- Apply coatings such as paints, adhesives, preservatives or sealants
- Conduct synchronized coating processes on aircraft structures
- Apply technical markings, decorative and assisting foils, and line markings
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a vehicle painter or process mechanic for coating technology
- Extensive professional experience (minimum 3 years) in manufacturing and painting
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including weekends and overtime
- Good command of German (at least B2), basic English skills (at least B1)
- Open to varied tasks at changing workstations
- High level of concentration, independent work ethic and team spirit
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
