For our client Diehl Aviation Hamburg GmbH, we are seeking a Aircraft Pre-assembly Technician at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder. In the final assembly of complex aviation modules, you are responsible for the precise preparation and joining of uncoated and coated parts – from simple to complex assemblies. Your craftsmanship determines the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities


  • Preparation & Assembly of simple to complex assemblies and components into complex modules
  • Manufacturing Technology: Joining uncoated and coated parts according to prescribed construction documents
  • Assembly Process: Planning and execution of complex assembly sequences with high precision
  • Cross-program work: Application of procedures across all relevant manufacturing programs
  • Quality: Performing all assembly tasks according to technical specifications and requirements


Qualifications

  • Vocational training as boat builder, mechanic, metalworker/body builder, carpenter, or comparable craft qualification
  • Many years of professional experience in a craft field
  • Several years of experience in the aerospace industry
  • Advanced application skills in MS-Office and zamiz
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
  • Shift work readiness
  • Teamwork, communication skills, and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
