The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 69,809 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.07.2027. Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Define and continuously develop the overall aircraft system architecture
- Requirements Management: Identify, analyze, and manage system requirements
- System Integration: Plan and implement the integration of subsystems and components into the overall architecture
- Technical Coordination: Align with the overall aircraft architect regarding requirements and system integration
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain documentation such as system descriptions, requirements, and specifications
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Completed Master's or Diploma degree in Aerospace Engineering or a comparable technical field
- Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry
- Practical experience with typical aircraft systems (e.g., avionics, communications, flight control, navigation, vehicle management)
- Solid knowledge and experience in Systems Engineering
- Proficient use of engineering tools such as MATLAB-Simulink, Python, and Google Workspace
- Business fluent English (at least C1)
- Creative, solution-oriented, and pragmatic approach, resilience, as well as an agile and autonomous work style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
