For our client Airbus Defence and Space GmbH, we are currently looking for an AIT Technician Solar Arrays at the Taufkirchen site near Munich. If you bring experience in mechanical integration and feel at home in a safety-critical high-tech environment, we should get to know each other.

Tasks
- Mechanical assembly and integration of solar panels and production of solar array wings
- Preparation of transports for solar products
- Execution of thermal vacuum tests (TV test) on panels and coupons
- Installation of TV tests on cambers (fixtures)
- Support with electrical measurements and performance tests
- Participation in environmental simulation tests
- Close collaboration within an interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, mechatronics technician or in a comparable field
- Long-standing professional experience in mechanics, ideally in the aerospace industry
- In-depth knowledge of precision mechanics
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Business fluent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
