At Lufthansa Technik AG in Berlin, as an All-rounder / Mechatronics Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of technical processes relating to operating resources and equipment. You will combine technical expertise with a structured approach to your work, ensuring that maintenance-critical processes run safely, economically, and efficiently. Tasks

  • Planning and handling repair and replacement measures for operating resources and equipment
  • Performing profitability calculations and tendering and ordering services in accordance with inspection cycles
  • Coordinating with manufacturers in the event of changes and expansions to existing systems
  • Organizing maintenance, servicing, and repairs in accordance with technical documentation
  • Monitoring and accepting services from external service providers
  • Handing over operational systems to internal departments
  • Monitoring deadlines, delivery performance, and throughput times

Qualifications

  • Completed technical training in electrical engineering, electronics, hydraulics, mechatronics, or a comparable field
  • Many years of professional experience in maintenance or, alternatively, a degree as a state-certified technician
  • Knowledge of coordinating technical processes and dealing with suppliers
  • Advanced German and English skills (at least B1)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or early shifts
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
