At Lufthansa Technik AG in Berlin, as an All-rounder / Mechatronics Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of technical processes relating to operating resources and equipment. You will combine technical expertise with a structured approach to your work, ensuring that maintenance-critical processes run safely, economically, and efficiently. Tasks
- Planning and handling repair and replacement measures for operating resources and equipment
- Performing profitability calculations and tendering and ordering services in accordance with inspection cycles
- Coordinating with manufacturers in the event of changes and expansions to existing systems
- Organizing maintenance, servicing, and repairs in accordance with technical documentation
- Monitoring and accepting services from external service providers
- Handing over operational systems to internal departments
- Monitoring deadlines, delivery performance, and throughput times
Qualifications
- Completed technical training in electrical engineering, electronics, hydraulics, mechatronics, or a comparable field
- Many years of professional experience in maintenance or, alternatively, a degree as a state-certified technician
- Knowledge of coordinating technical processes and dealing with suppliers
- Advanced German and English skills (at least B1)
- Willingness to work flexible hours or early shifts
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
