Responsibilities


  • Strategic IP Advisory for all corporate functions and management on a transnational level
  • International Collaboration with teams in England, France, and Germany to develop a coordinated IP strategy
  • Transnational Support in the areas of Research & Technology, Customer Services, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Strategy
  • Negotiation Leadership for international IP transactions such as non-disclosure agreements, research contracts, partnerships, and license agreements
  • Maintenance and Updating of all IP frameworks, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements
  • Risk Mitigation in the field of intellectual property and development of innovative solutions for internal clients
  • Enforcement and Defense of Airbus's IP rights against third parties
  • Training and Awareness on intellectual property topics for internal clients


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Law (at least Bachelor's) or fully qualified lawyer with passed second state examination
  • Many years of professional experience in the legal field
  • Many years of experience in contract management
  • Many years of specific experience in the legal field focusing on intellectual property
  • Proficient use of Google Workspace; knowledge of data management and analysis is advantageous
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a collaborative, results-oriented working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
