Responsibilities


  • Automation solutions for efficient design processes in airframe engineering
  • Methods and processes to maximize the use of new technological building blocks
  • Architectures and ensure the right level of dependency between automation functions and architectural parameters
  • Rules for automated and parametric design in connection with aircraft architecture
  • Strategy implementation of new technological automation building blocks
  • Continuous improvement through automation in airframe engineering


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in engineering or a technical subject (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in configuration management, engineering, aircraft construction and design
  • Specific experience in the field of system installation and structural design
  • In-depth application knowledge of Catia V5 and VPM; basic skills in coding and scripting (VBA, Python, CAA) are desirable
  • Good knowledge of project and process management, ideally in Airframe Engineering Process (Physical Design)
  • Basic skills in German; business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Knowledge of agile methodology is desirable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, teamwork and leadership qualities in a dynamic environment
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
