For our client Lufthansa Technik AG, we are looking for an Aviation Equipment Planner at the Hamburg site. You plan and realize special tooling for the machining of aircraft components, thus contributing directly to the efficiency and quality of production processes.

Responsibilities
- Production Equipment Planning: Planning, procurement, and commissioning of special tooling for machining metal and composite aircraft components
- System Analysis: Evaluation and further development of existing tooling systems
- Design Approval: Description, acceptance, and release of designs as well as manufactured tooling
- Project Collaboration: Participation in national and international projects for equipping production sites with machines, systems, and production equipment
- Customer Consultation: Support and advice for internal customers on all matters related to production equipment and tooling
Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree in mechatronics or a comparable engineering discipline
- Initial professional experience in tooling design
- Knowledge in the field of product and operational safety (e.g., Machinery Directive, ProdSG, BetrSichV)
- Good knowledge of project management
- Good general IT skills
- Good English skills (at least B2)
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as teamwork
- English B2
- Willingness to work in the early shift
- Nice to have: Airfield driving licence
- Nice to have: Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
