For our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, we are looking for a Aviation Equipment Service Technician at the Immenstaad site. In a highly specialized environment with the latest technology, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and testing of avionics and mission systems for helicopters and aircraft – where quality and reliability are paramount.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 61,551 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.03.2027. Responsibilities
- Fault diagnosis and repair of customer returns at component, device, and system level
- Integration and commissioning of aviation equipment, support devices, and sub-assemblies
- Quality testing of returns and new productions, including complete documentation
- Quality management by creating deviation reports in the production process
- Service reporting with preparation and documentation of technical reports
- Fault analysis in cooperation with development to localize root causes and implement solutions
- Environmental and aging tests planning, execution, and evaluation
- Process documentation of all test and workshop processes according to applicable standards and requirements
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an electronics technician with additional qualification as a state-certified technician or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in testing components in analog and digital electronics
- Confident handling of drawing documents, test specifications, and repair instructions, even for complex components and devices
- Experience in handling complex measuring instruments and test setups such as network analyzers and logic analyzers
- Good knowledge of component and device integration; knowledge of hand and machine soldering according to IPC/ECSS is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office and SAP/R3
- Good communication skills, teamwork, and independent working style
- High degree of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
