For ArianeGroup GmbH in Lampoldshausen, we are looking for a Production Planner. In a highly dynamic environment, you will manage integrated planning for the manufacturing of propulsion systems – from milestone planning and resource optimization to continuous process improvement.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 65,552 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.07.2027. Responsibilities
- Integrated Production Planning: Short- and medium-term planning considering production events, customer requirements, and resource availability
- Milestone Management: Structuring and managing schedules across management, project, and work levels
- Planning Optimization: Conducting target/actual comparisons, determining workforce requirements, and continuously updating plans
- Process Improvement: Analyzing existing planning for improvement potential and developing proposals
- Performance Management: Preparing and tracking KPIs and creating reports
- Planning Meetings: Conducting planning meetings and creating minutes
- Tool Development: Further developing planning tools according to current process requirements
- Lean Management: Implementing principles to reduce waste and improve the value chain
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, ideally in the aerospace industry
- Several years of experience in production planning and control as well as project management
- Proficient use of MS Office, MS Project, and SAP/R3; knowledge of Primavera, Planisware, Jira, or Confluence is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Strong communication skills, independent working style, team orientation, and a pronounced sense of responsibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
