For our client Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services GmbH, we are looking for an Aviation Quality Manager & Specialist at the Hamburg location. In this central role, you will further develop management systems, conduct internal and external audits, and advise specialist departments and clients on all matters of aviation law and quality management.

Responsibilities
- Management Systems: Further develop and establish industry-relevant standards
- Quality Audits: Plan, coordinate, and conduct high-complexity audits internally and at suppliers
- Client Advisory: Advise clients on aviation law matters and the establishment of quality management systems (QMS)
- Project Leadership: Take on the optimization of operational structures and processes
- Department Support: Assist specialist departments in implementing and adhering to the management system
- Audit Preparation: Prepare for external audits by authorities and accredited certifiers
- Quality Development: Drive quality development through complex investigations (Quality Investigations) and coordination tasks
Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree in business administration or engineering, preferably aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in the aviation industry
- Very good knowledge of official and internal procedures as well as aviation law requirements (e.g., EASA Part-145)
- Proficient use of Microsoft 365 (M365) and business administration fundamentals
- Very good German skills (business fluent) and very good English skills (at least B2)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and to undertake job-related further training
- Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
